1 General Provisions and Eligibility

7p7 (www.7p7.cam) is an online gaming platform that provides entertainment gaming services in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and 7p7.

By accessing our platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

2 Account Registration and Verification

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

We may at any time, and in particular before processing a large withdrawal, request any one of the following documents to verify your identity:

• Passport or driving licence
• Bank statement or proof of mobile banking transactions

Until verification is complete, withdrawal requests above a certain amount may be temporarily put on hold.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the 7p7 support team immediately.

3 Financial Transactions: Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on 7p7 is ৳500. We currently support the following mobile banking methods:

• Upay

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests typically take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. Withdrawals will only be sent to a mobile banking account registered in your own name.

3.3 Transaction Responsibility

7p7 is not responsible for any financial loss resulting from an incorrect account number or information provided by you. Transactions cannot be cancelled once completed.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

• The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (20x wagering requirement).
• The maximum use of the bonus on each bet will be in accordance with the applicable rules.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per user.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed within 30 days of the bonus being activated, the bonus will be cancelled.

4.2 Other Promotions

7p7 runs various promotions, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and special events from time to time. Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions, which will be published at the time the promotion is announced.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If there is evidence of bonus system abuse, use of multiple accounts, or any other fraudulent activity, 7p7 reserves the right to suspend the account and cancel any bonuses earned.

5 VIP Program and Rewards

The 7p7 VIP program has a total of 5 tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

6 Betting Rules and Gaming Policy

6.1 Betting Rules

Once confirmed, no bet can be changed or cancelled. If a bet is affected by a technical fault, that round will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.

6.2 Fair Play Policy

6.3 Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the following activities will result in immediate account termination:

• Operating an account under a false identity
• Failure to complete identity verification

11.2 Termination by the User

You may request account closure at any time. The account will be fully closed after all pending withdrawals have been settled.

12 Dispute Resolution
